Dear Tech Support....  
...if the original problem was that my computer randomly reboots every once in a while, up to twice in one day, it doesn't do either of us any good to ask whether or not the problem has been fixed half an hour after the tech leaves. Try looking up "randomly" in the dictionary.

Check if the computer is overheating a little... I have seen that cause a random crash on occasion. (Check ALL fans and air paths.)

The tech looked inside and replaced the power supply. That may fix the problem (obviously, I don't know yet; see original post).

You shouldn't *have* to ask that before the tech leaves.
